We went to see the Lao’s spirit dragon's fireball, It's called Bang phai pa ya nak in Lao language, at the Mekong river side.

The day of "Awk Phansaa" is the end of the three-month Buddhist Lent on the day of the full moon.
In that day, In the Mekong River,
There are mystery of the fireball fly out from the surface of the water. People of Laos believe that dragon is wearing a fireball. 

After sunset,
​People gather at the nearest body of water to release dozens of small banana-leaf boats decorated with candles, incense and small flowers, in a celebration Loy Krathong Festival.

By the way, the thing is Dragon's fireball,
Some of our staff could see the fireball where it was a little far place from our stay.
They told, fireball came out only 3, Another are somebody's performance.

We had the staff meeting about social insurance of Lao government recently.

Ministry of Labor’s staff come to introduce about it and we were talking about it together.

They said,they had been training with JICA (Japanese International Cooperation Agency) in Japan before thie system start.

After the meeting , Any our staff had some question to ask to government staffs.

So,Our staff and many of the Laotian are assumed to be interested in this insurance system.

The last day of her training,
we had Laos food lunch together and it's a ceremony for her training finished.

After she finished to learn scarf weaving ,
(Technique are continuous supplementary weft and discontinuous supplementary weft)
​she had training of Ikat weaving  to make a Lao traditional skirt.

Last she wore the skirt which she made with oneself and received a certificate from a manager.

We hope that's awesome experience for her while she lived in Laos,
